On October 24, 2024, the Bronx Veterans Medical Research Foundation (BVMRF) joined the James J. Peters VA Medical Center (JJP VAMC) to celebrate the annual Excellence in Research event showcasing innovative research initiatives that are advancing healthcare for Veterans through collaboration with VISN 2 and its esteemed academic partners and affiliates.

On September 12, 2023, the Bronx Veterans Medical Research Foundation celebrated its 31-year partnership with the James J. Peters VA Medical Center (JJP VAMC) and the VA Bronx Health Care System community in the mission to advance Veterans’ health through research and education by participating in the Celebrating Excellence in Research event.
